Blast It:

The Inbox Impact

You’ve Got Mail

Crafting emails that feel personal—even when they reach thousands. From comprehensive newsletters to special event invites and holiday menus, I created e-blasts that were brand-aligned and built to drive action. Whether promoting brunch, announcing Thanksgiving orders, or spotlighting a can’t-miss event, I focused on clean visuals, concise copy, and strong calls to action that turned scrolls into clicks—and clicks into real-life moments.

MY PROCESS

MY PROCESS

When building an eblast, I always started by pinpointing the key topic or event and identifying the overall goal—whether it was to inform, promote, or drive action. From there, I mapped out the visual direction: selecting photos I had or planning the ones I needed to capture.

Next came the structure: I’d outline the sections, write strong headlines for each, then craft concise, engaging body copy that matched the brand’s voice. I paid close attention to placement and hierarchy—ensuring the message flowed naturally and led to a clear, compelling call to action.

I often used AI as a brainstorming tool to workshop copy options, refine tone, and explore the most psychologically compelling phrasing to connect with our audience and increase engagement.
